ABOUT

The Founder

Dave Clarke began working at his father’s aircraft float repair business at a young age. Even after his father retired, Dave followed in his footsteps and continued with the company for 14 years before moving to Seattle. There, he continued honing his skills and extended his knowledge of the craft at Kenmore Air and Edo, before returning to Canada to work on helicopter repairs. Now settled in the Chilliwack area, Dave has leveraged his skills and experience into growing his own venture. Helping seaplane owners from all over the West Coast and across Canada with his specialized work on overhauling floats, he has a long list of happy clients that know him as the go-to guy for their aircraft float repairs.

“My dad Ernie Clarke would personally drive over to his customers to collect and deliver their aircraft floats – sometimes a 6000km round trip! He believed in the power of great customer service, and offering personalized, friendly assistance to those he could help. Seatech Industries continues to maintain that integrity, and delivering the quality assurance he imparted my whole life.”
